By inviting and using the AuraEaseMusicRadio ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Bot and should remove it from your server.

1. Intended Use: The Bot is designed to stream audio from tracks built in to the bot by AuraEaseMusic into Discord voice channels for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose and in compliance with the terms of service of Discord.

2. Prohibited Actions: You may not:

  • Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Bot.
  • Use commands in a way that spams or abuses the Discord API.
  • Use the Bot to stream content that is hateful, defamatory, or violates copyright laws.

3. Content Disclaimer: The Bot plays tracks that are the property of AuraEaseMusic. All rights for the streamed content belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play any content you request.

4. Availability and Termination: We strive to maintain high availability for the Bot but do not guarantee it will be online 24/7. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Bot's operation or your access to it at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in relation to the AuraEaseMusicRadio bot.

1. Information We Collect: To function correctly, the Bot needs to collect and store certain information:

  • Server Information: We store server IDs and server-specific settings (like prefix, DJ roles) to provide a customizable experience for each server.
  • User Information: We store user IDs to manage permissions (e.g., who can use DJ commands).
  • Channel Information: We may store voice and text channel IDs to know where to join and send messages.
  • Command Usage: We may log commands used (without arguments) for statistical analysis and to identify and fix bugs.

2. Information We Do Not Collect: We are committed to user privacy. We explicitly do not collect or store:

  • Any content of messages in your server.
  • Any voice data or audio from your voice channels.
  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) beyond your Discord ID, which is necessary for the Bot's core functionality.

3. Data Usage and Security: The data collected is used solely for the Bot's operation, including providing features, debugging, and improving performance. We take reasonable measures to protect the data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Removal: All server-related data we have stored will be deleted upon the Bot's removal (kick or ban) from that server. Individual user data related to permissions is removed when the user leaves a server where the Bot is present.
